Revive Restoration is a family-owned restoration company founded by

Trevor, Seth, and Emily Jones.

We serve Boise and communities throughout the Treasure Valley, providing emergency mitigation and managing restoration projects from the initial assessment through reconstruction. We Created Revive Restoration to put people and local responsibility back at the center of restoration.

A damaged home is more than an insurance claim, and a community is more than a market. Behind every property loss there are people facing disruption, uncertainty, and the loss of security that comes when their home no longer feels whole.

We define the people who immediately react to disaster as

Emergency responders show us that heroes are often ordinary people from within a community who prepare themselves and choose to respond when a neighbor is facing one of life’s hardest moments.

Restoration is different from emergency medicine, but we seek to carry that same spirit: to answer the call with competence and compassion and become a steady helping hand when our community needs one.

Why We Created Revive

Before Revive existed, Trevor and Emily experienced a major water loss in their own home.

Our first child, Christian was born on November 11 2021. Just six weeks later, on Christmas Day, our home suffered extensive water damage. At a time when we should have been settling into life with a newborn, our family was suddenly dealing with damage, disruption, and uncertainty about when our home would be whole again.

We hired a restoration company expecting urgency, communication, and a clear path forward. Instead, our home remained in limbo for months. By June, we realized that if it was going to be put back together, we would have to rebuild it ourselves.

We already understood construction, but experiencing a disaster within our own family changed the way we understood restoration. The physical damage was only one part of the loss. The delays, unanswered questions, and uncertainty created another kind of damage: the loss of security and peace of mind.

Rebuilding that home did more than restore what had been damaged. It became our introduction to the reconstruction side of the restoration industry and eventually led us to begin rebuilding homes for other families after water, fire, and other property losses.

Working as restoration rebuild contractors gave us a firsthand view of the industry from the inside. We learned that many decisions affecting the final quality of a restoration project are made long before the rebuild contractor arrives. The way a loss is assessed, mitigated, documented, and managed during its earliest stages, shape everything that follows.

As we continued rebuilding homes in our community, we also watched locally founded restoration companies become part of private-equity firms and larger corporate organizations.

The problem was not growth itself.

It was the growing distance between the people making decisions and the homeowners, trade partners, and communities living with the consequences.

We saw how pressure surrounding margins, production, staffing, and project volume could affect the quality of the work and the experience of the families depending on it. We also realized that we could not fully address those problems from the reconstruction side alone. By the time a rebuild contractor entered the project, many of the most consequential decisions had already been made.

If we wanted to create a better restoration experience, local responsibility had to begin with the first emergency call—not after mitigation was already complete.

The Treasure Valley needed a locally owned mitigation and restoration company capable of responding immediately, making sound decisions at the beginning of a loss, and remaining accountable through the reconstruction that followed.

Revive was created to become that company.

Experience Behind Every Decision

Trevor and Seth bring years of hands-on construction and restoration-rebuild experience to Revive. Trevor is a third-generation contractor and holds IICRC certification, combining technical mitigation training with practical construction knowledge.

Responsibility from the First Call Forward

Homeowners should not be left to coordinate disconnected companies or determine who is responsible when something falls between the cracks. Revive manages the restoration process from emergency mitigation through reconstruction so responsibility remains clear throughout the recovery.

We built the company our family needed on that Christmas Day: one that understands what is at stake, communicates clearly, makes responsible decisions, and remains committed until the home, and the family’s sense of security, has been restored.

We did not create Revive because the Treasure Valley needed another restoration company. We created it because we knew what it felt like to be the family waiting for help.
